We hereby confirm that the company's annual financial statements for the period 1 January 2016 to 31 December 2016, have been, to the best of our knowledge, prepared in accordance with applicable accounting standards and that the information in the financial statements provides a true and fair view of the company's assets, liabilities, financial position, and results as a whole.

We also hereby declare that the annual report provides a true and fair view of the financial performance and position of the company, as well as a description of the principal risks and uncertainties facing the company.
