Statement

We hereby confirm that the Group's and Bank's annual financial statements for the period 1 January 2015 to 31 December 2015, have been, to the best of our knowledge, prepared in accordance with applicable accounting standards and that the information in the financial statements provides a true and fair view of the Group's and Bank's assets, liabilities, financial position, and results as a whole.

We also hereby declare that the annual report provides a true and fair view of the financial performance and position of the Group and the Bank, as well as a description of the principal risks and uncertainties facing the Group and the Bank.
